Shinto Nagamaki/Naganita Blade
Signature: Mumei Forging Pattern: Could not make out Tempering Pattern: Billowing Midare Dimensions: Blade Length: 17.25 inches Nakago: 18 inches 6 mm thick and 29 mm wide at Hamachi Mountings: Copper Habaki only Overall Condition: Poor. A rather unusual blade, looks like a wakizashi with a long tang. My guess is that it was mounted like a short nagamaki. Blade is in need of restoration but is healthy and has no noticable flaws.
