Overall Condition: There are
no forging defects in the blade but there are some small chips along the
edge, scuff marks. The saya and tsuka are in sound condition and the
fittings are good. The tsuba is dirty but in good shape, carried and
used but well taken care of by the officer. Overall, it
is a solid example of the WW II naval mount that are becoming increasing
scarce to find in any condition. |
